Letter to All Bodies of Elders in the USA, 2000-12-04: Arrangements for a Kingdom Ministry School to be held

TO ALL BODIES OF ELDERS IN THE UNITED STATES
Dear Brothers:
Arrangements are being made for a Kingdom Ministry School to be held in the United States branch territory.
Kingdom Ministry Schools are being scheduled for the following three sets of dates:
Friday-Sunday, November 23-25,2001 Friday-Sunday, December 21-23,2001 Friday-Sunday, December 28-30,2001
The elders and ministerial servants in each congregation will be assigned to attend the school on one of those sets of dates. The sessions will be as follows:
Elders
Friday: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Ministerial Servants Sunday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
In due course, the elders and ministerial servants of each congregation will be notified of the location and dates of the school they are to attend. We would appreciate your reserving all three sets of dates until you receive your notification. In the meantime, please do not call or write to request further information, as no additional details are available at this time.
Following the Kingdom Ministry School, a supplementary course for congregation elders will be conducted in each circuit. Information regarding the arrangements for this course will be provided at a later time.
We hope that this preliminary notification will assist all elders and ministerial servants to be in attendance for this important spiritual instruction. Please accept with this letter a warm expression of our Christian love.

NOTE: At the next congregation meeting, the presiding overseer should meet with all the elders and ministerial servants and read this letter to them. Thereafter, the secretary should make sure that any brothers who are appointed between now and the time of the school also read this letter.
