TO ALL BODIES OF ELDERS

Dear Brothers:

If a brother is deleted as an elder, he should hand over his Kingdom Ministry School textbook to the Congregation Service Committee. (See ks91, p. 5.) The secretary should keep the book in the congregation's confidential files so that it may be returned to the brother if he is reappointed as an elder. If a returned textbook is found to be in bad condition, it can be destroyed. Used textbooks should not be given to newly-appointed elders.

Your brothers,
