Dear Brothers:
Re: Remittance Forms for Society Kingdom Hall Loans
Please find enclosed your yearly supply of Loan Remittance Forms (T-6) which are only to be used to make your monthly Kingdom Hall loan payment to the Pennsylvania Corporation. Further information regarding this T-6 form can be found in paragraph 20 of the Instructions for Congregation Accounting (S(d)-27).
You will find in your annual shipment of service forms a year's supply of green preaddressed envelopes. These green envelopes are to be used to forward all your monthly congregation remittances to the Society following the directions outlined below:
Use the Loan Remittance Form (T-6) and write one check for your loan payment.
Use the Contribution Remittance Form (S(d)-20) and write one check for your contributions and payment on Congregation Account (including KHAA).
Use one green envelope to mail the above two forms and two checks by the sixth of each month.
The presiding overseer, secretary and the accounts servant should read this letter and become familiar with these procedures. May Jehovah continue to bless your loyal support of Kingdom arrangements. Rest assured of our warm Christian love and best wishes.
