Letter to All Bodies of Elders in the USA, 1996-04-12: Submitting S-206 form when pionneers are removed
TO ALL BODIES OF ELDERS IN THE UNITED STATES Dear Brothers:
This is to clarify the manner of handling the discontinuance of regular pioneers. In our letter of October 2,1995 (S-201), it was stated: "The circuit overseer will then submit the S-206 form to the Society." This was intended only for exceptional cases being handled during the circuit overseer's visit. In all other situations, the body of elders is responsible for submitting the S-206 form when regular pioneers discontinue or are removed. This form may be submitted at any time and does not need to be held until the circuit overseer's visit. We hope that this is helpful.
