Monthly Congregation Statements

Dear Brothers:

We are writing regarding the monthly New York and Pennsylvania Corporation Statements. Currently these statements report activity with the Society from the 20th of the month until the 20th of the following month. Please note that starting October 1998 the monthly accounting cycle will change. The statements will now include activity from the first day of the month until the last day of the month. As we begin this new arrangement, your October 1998 statements will also include activity from the last ten days of September. After that, they will be in regular monthly cycles from the first to the end of each month.

Due to the change, your congregation statements will arrive later in the month from now on. However, this will not change when you should remit your monthly contributions and payments. Please continue remitting contributions and payments no later than the 6 th of each month as you are presently accustomed to doing. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
