TO ALL CONGREGATION SECRETARIES

Dear Brothers:

The Society is pleased to receive thousands of regular pioneer applications each year. Often, however, we receive photocopied applications. It may be partly due to secretaries not maintaining a sufficient supply of the Application for Regular Pioneer Service (S-205) in the congregation's files. Therefore, throughout the year when the supply gets low, you should request additional copies on the next Literature Request Form (S-14). In addition, please submit the applications promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
