Historical Studies (2000–2017)
Studies of the history of Jehovah's Witnesses by historians and other writers: academic articles on the Witnesses' doctrinal changes and on their Supreme Court cases for freedom of religion and speech, and research on the Witnesses in the Soviet Union (the 1951 deportation to Siberia and KGB records). They present the authors' research and conclusions, not the Society's own account.
These works were not published by the Watch Tower Society; see the Related Works section page for why they are in this library.
