Court Records (1905–2012)
Records of court cases in which the Society, its officers or Jehovah's Witnesses were parties: libel suits of the Russell era, the 1918 Espionage Act trial of the Society's directors, the Moyle libel case, the Walsh case in Scotland, and constitutional cases on the freedom to preach. Court records are public documents; they show the evidence and testimony as given at the time.
